Run the file. Tunnel connection is then established between the Technician and the Customer’s computer.
The Technician can see the guest machine and control the keyboard and mouse. The Technician also has access to various tools such as reboot and file transfer.
Customer’s problem is resolved, the computer is fixed, everything is good once again!
