Returns & Refunds Policy

Thank you for shopping with Waterford Computer Clinic.
We aim to provide reliable products and professional service. If something is not right, we will work with you to resolve the issue quickly and fairly.


1. Right to Return (Online Purchases)

For items purchased online, you have the right to return the product within 14 days of receiving it, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be returned in the original packaging

  • All accessories, cables and included items must be returned

  • Proof of purchase is required

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Refunds will be issued after the product is inspected.


2. Faulty or Defective Products

If the item you purchased is faulty or not working correctly, please contact us as soon as possible.

All eligible products sold by Waterford Computer Clinic include a 90-day warranty, unless stated otherwise.

If a fault occurs within the warranty period, we will:

  1. Repair the product, or

  2. Replace the product, or

  3. Provide a refund if repair or replacement is not possible.

Products must be returned for inspection before any refund or replacement is issued.


3. Refurbished & Used Devices

Many of our products are professionally refurbished or pre-owned devices.

These items may show minor cosmetic wear, which does not affect functionality and is not considered a defect.

All refurbished devices are:

  • tested

  • cleaned

  • verified to be fully functional

before being sold.


4. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Software and digital products

  • Items damaged by misuse, liquid damage or physical impact

  • Products that have been opened, modified or repaired by third parties

  • Custom orders or special order parts


5. Repair Services

For repair services, refunds are not available once the repair has been completed.

If a repair cannot be completed, you will only be charged for diagnostic work or parts used, if applicable.

Devices left uncollected for more than 30 days after notification may be subject to storage fees.


6. Data Responsibility

Customers are responsible for backing up their data before submitting any device for repair or return.

Waterford Computer Clinic is not responsible for data loss during diagnostics, repair or testing.


7. How to Request a Return

To start a return, please contact us with:

  • Your name

  • Order number

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos or videos if relevant

8. Refund Processing

Once the returned item is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 3–5 business days

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product is faulty or incorrect.


9. Abuse Prevention

We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if:

  • the item is returned damaged by the customer

  • parts are missing

  • the product has been tampered with

All returned devices are tested and recorded during inspection.
