Please collect your device within 30 days of us telling you it’s ready. If you can’t, contact us and we’ll work out a solution with you.

After 30 days a storage fee of €2 per day may apply, up to €60. If a device is still not collected 60 days after our notice, and after a final written reminder, we may sell it to cover what is owed or recycle it, after securely erasing all personal data. Full details are in our Terms and Conditions.
